Well mine are flowering and growing into little peppers, must not over water or get to chilly, ventilation important . I have not pinched out the tops but you could if you think they are getting to lanky and tall.I don't remove the leaves unless they are turning yellow or look manky.
Thanks flowering rose I saved my own seed from some bell and the long peppers they are getting rather long and the bell peppers are big but no sign of ripening.

They need warmth to ripen, Peter, the more the better. What sort of temps are you getting? Including overnight?
Thanks Italophile the temps in the daytime kept around 80 degrees f at night it will drop to around 50 degrees f the beef stake toms are ripening well next to them.
Regards Peter
If the toms are ripening, the peppers won't be far behind.
There are some bell peppers which stay green when ripe, too..
I know Bob but mine are mostly the long peppers I have one bell pepper plant, they are all grown from seed I saved from peppers I have bought from Lincoln Market they are doing very well but I wish they would hurry up and ripen it's getting alot colder at night here.
Thanks Bob
