Hi folks I've got some kestrel potatoes that ive dug them up and they have purple marks on.

are they still ok still to eat?

Kestrel potaotoes do have violet patches on. What does it look like scrubbed?

as they should be good eating too

Thanks folks

it just mad me worry when I saw a lot of purple on them

Quite a few potato varieties have some purplish-pinkish colouring on them - King Edwards often do.  And then of course there are the totally pink ones, like Desirée
