what's people in the north west growing at the moment.

i got me onion's started and  thinking about starting me beetroot off . an other suggestions .

am in the north east, have garlic and shallots planted out

I am in the Midlands and have my onions, shallots and garlic planted

Im new to this and growing in pots but i have potaoes(just showing), 2 types of onions(some at 4 "), garlic, carrots (about 1 inch shoots), peppers( indoors), tomatoes ( indoors) and my chillies which are flowering lots which were planted last sept. im hoping last weeks frost havent done my potaoes any damage.

I have broad beans that have overwintered under a cloche. Am going to put some carrots in when I get time but I have some in cardboard tubes ready + peas, salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, kale & some bedding flowers & sweet peas started indoors. Outside I cut back last year's chard that I didn't bother pulling up, & now have some useable leaves on it which is a bonus.

I have just made an L shape veg bed !! Im going to start some leeks and spuds in there. I have also got some mushrooms, chillis, Spring onion, Asparagus and two different types of toms. Looking forward to it all but im very new at the veg growing so any advice would be great.  

so at the weekend i planted up my chilli  plants onion sets and also chitted up patoatos it looking good i have pic and would also like to see you pictures to thank's for the replies
