Living Willow Dome

To be honest I am not quite sure where this topic belongs.
I have a new garden, which has been cut back and weeded. After sowing gass seed in spring I was considering a living willow dome to act as a playhouse for my little boy.
Just wondered if anyone out there had constructed one and how they change with age.
Are their roots invasive or can they be removed with ease once established.

Yes the roots will get biggish.
Tunnels etc are fun for kids but a playhouse would be a fair weather only play space, dripping in the rain. Also bare in the winter.
