The coffee morning was a success even though it had to be put off for a week (neighbour having building work completed) and autumn turned into the monsoon season!

Everyone enjoyed the coffee, tea and cake, plants to swop, a surprise lucky dip, garden to explore and lots of chatting about gardens. Donations to local hospice.

So, photos to give the general idea

scoffed cake in the kitchen (not a crumb left), chatted in the sitting room, then the sun came out  so we wandered around the garden - a lovely morning

thank you Beaus, you're very kind.

Apologies for late response, have been off-line for a week - all ok now.

Just catching up for now, seems there is a lot going on - all good
