New Hibiscus not shooting
Just twigs, no buds. The Hibiscus syiacus is an Oiseau Blue, I bought it from a local nursery about two months ago ( along with several other shrubs). All the other plants are growing nicely but the Hibiscus has not moved at all. Each shrub had some bone  By throughthe pagoda
