Please can anybody tell me if i can plant my staghorn fern in an ordinary hanging basket and not a wire one.?

Do you mean a solid plastic one? I would have thought so - there's nothing magic about a wire one. Just make sure it's a decent size.

Yes,thankyou,i have a large hanging basket with a liner,not sure what the liner is but it is a liner you can purchase seperatly in shops but this was already in with the basket.Well many thanks,i will give it a try.
