Anyone knows what is this yellow-leaf plant?

My naturally yellow-leaf plant thrives in the undirect sunlight on my rooftop. Does anyone know what is the name of this plant and how should I propagate it? https://flic.kr/p/oehZQM https://flic.kr/p/nV2fS7

It is definitely not a succulent, maybe a fern? Got this as a gift.
  • Just beautiful.  Does it ever flower?  What are the flowers like?

  • Your links do not work.

Definitely not a succulent, perhaps a short and low growing shrub? Got this as a gift.

I can make the link work if I highlight it and then right-click - but I've no idea what it is.

Thanks. Using a mac, I can't seem to write any reply on this page. So I am doing it on my handphone. Haven't seen any flowers on this plant, don't know if it will ever flower. I used to have 2 of these. By trial and error, 1 died under direct sunlight, so I am hoping to this one will grow well and propogate. Seems to do well from the morning sun. Aphids seem to like is plant too but I took care of that.

This is probably the cousin of the shrub. Mealy bugs love this shrub too. Smells the same when I trim off those infested branches. https://flic.kr/p/nVzMRL https://flic.kr/p/od5kt8

I just wonder if it's a croton.  If you look that up the leaves in some of the photos do look similar, substantial and waxy and some with a similar shape.  A possibility anyway!
