hello is a pot of 1m by 30 by 40 cm is enough to grow camellia in for the purpose of screening or soft borders ( there is a iron fence behind it)

I think the Williamsii varieties are pretty tough. ,avoid white flowers though as they seem more vulnerable.  As always place them out of morning sun 

That pot sounds ok Lola.  Bigger the better though.  Ericaceous soil remember.

hello, I mean they are not available on on line retalier, I can find japonica variety but not williamsi
