Do you recommend cutting back Stipa Tenuissima in spring? I regular pull the loose dead grasses out but have never cut them back hard. Would it bring new life to them and make them greener the following year / bouncier?

Hello CIA. Yep I cut mine back hard every spring. Often I find seedlings nearby and pot these up. Or, split them after cutting hard back and make a group of them.
