Dicentra.  No cuttings.  Propagate by seeds or root division.between October and March.  Sow seeds in March in pans or boxes germinate at 15 deg C.

When I said no cuttings.  I was refering to stem or tip cuttings.  However root cuttings can be taken.   3-4 inches long.Insert in equal parts peat and sand.  Place in cold frame.

Stem and tip cuttings don't work as Mike said. I took a rooted cutting of one last spring and it's coming on great.
