This is sprouting up at the edges of the garden. It's very pretty but I'm not sure what it is. My best guess is a geum but I'm still new to this so am probably wrong!

    Sorry the photo is on its side again. Seems to be what my phone likes to do!

    Is this the flower (pink )?

    I have these leaves with a buttercup type yellow flower  , but they grow upright . If so someone may identifie for you - sorry I dont know what they are ,but a pretty plant , but seeds itself .

    Looks like one of the herbaceous Potentillas ?P. Ron McBeath perhaps?
