I have at last made a small garden pond, it is intended for the wildlife, at great expense I have bought 3 marginal plants to put in it but am really confused about how to plant them. Am recently made jobless so expenditure a major problem ! I would be so grateful for any advice.

i think you should leave them in the pots and just position them in the water.

It should tell you on the label, maginal is on the shelf tne label tells you how deep to plant it. Its my first year with a pond only a small one, as my garen is small.

Yes as Gavtheblade says you could just put them in the pond in the pots make sure you dont put them in the deep water area as they are Marginal plants which like the shallow water. If you do need to repot them at any time make sure you use Aquatic soil not soil from your garden.
