Giving seeds as gifts

Hi, I'm a complete and utter newbie with plants so I'm wondering if someone can help! I've bought a packet of 1,500 forget-me-not seeds from ebay with the plan to include them in each package I send out to my clients. I was wondering, how many am I best including in each package (I'm simply including them as a little thank you gift) - also how shall I package them? If I'm going to divide them up I'll need to open the sachet and then put them in individual sachets - is this ideal or will they no longer be fresh? I'm guessing giving 1,500 seeds to one client would be a bit crazy?! These are pretty amateur questions...sorry for the lack of knowledge! Any great would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Thank you so much for your response Chrissie! That's such a good idea. I'm sending forget-me-not seeds, I bought a pack from ebay here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORGET-ME-NOT-MYOSOTIS-SYLVATICA-1-5GM-1500-SEEDS-/280919218950?pt=UK_HomeGarden_Garden_PlantsSeedsBulbs_JN&hash=item4168171b06
I didn't think how ridiculous it would be to count each seed so I've just emptied out what looks like a decent amount!
I'd already bought a load of small muslin pouches with the plan that the seeds would go in there but I'm a bit worried as it's not air tight. So I'm thinking put them in a tiny envelope and then put that in the pouch.
I would guess that if you have 1500 seeds in the packet they are pretty small. You may be struggling to divide them into more than a few packets. I would second using the little wage envelopes for them. You can print a fancy label off your computer to stick on the front and prettify them up a bit.
Thanks so much for your help hogweed
What about just using seed envelopes?

If you have nice writing, then hand write the name of the seeds on the front, gold or silver pen is nice, then stick the buisness details on the back (those self adhesive jobbys).
Very personal, i would love to recieve something like that
Oh, just a tiny pinch of seed will do, if you want to bulk it out a bit, mix with sand, again, just a pinch
