Do any of you have any experience in growing these tender bulbs? I bought some in pondland yesterday as they intrigued me - very old fashioned.

I'm thinking of potting them into a container and bringing them indoors to start off as for the next few days more horrible cold is forecast.

I have just potted 2 bulbs up and brought them indoors until they show some shoots. The perfume when they flower is just gorgeous I put 2 bulbs into about a 7" pot just in multipurpose compost

I grow them every year and the perfume is so intoxitating, but I have had no luck in trying to over winter them and have to get fresh bulbs every year.
