Has anyone used this as substitute lawn? As my lawn is tiny, am thinking of changeing to this. Would need to sow seeds soon (seedaholic have them) to pot on for winter and plant out in spring.

Would like info/opinions on this pleaseimage

I've never grown this one but it sounds a possible. Will it get enough light? It says sun or part shade on the seedaholic site

I think that is what my little lawn area provides Nut. I will be cutting the lower branches off the pear tree in the centre of the lawn in the Autumn as am fed up with mowing the lawn and feeding the birds bent double! I am hoping someone who has grown this will tell me if it will seed all over the flower bedimage Or if it is very hard to establish.
