Hi,

If anyone can help ID this house plant that would be great,

Bought in the UK, currently around 20cm tall, the leaves are thick, but narrow,

Had a quick look but couldn't narrow it down. If you can get hold of this book, it might help.  On the copy that I have there is a key/flowchart  to help identifying plants on page 52-53 just by looking at the leaves etc.

It looks a bit similiar to a type of umbrella plant or maybe a succulent

Atilla

It is a South African plant called Senecio - not sure which type of Senecio though. They can take light frost if the soil is dry but no hard frosts.
