I have just found out there is a Fuchsia named DOROTHY, I would like to buy one in memory of of my late mother but kind find anywhere selling them. Does anyone know where I could buy one?
Have a look in here. There are several Dorothy somebodies but not just Dorothy
Try Ray Sellick, Sellick Fuchsia's , you can find him on the net
he is a very well known grower of lots of fuchsia's
The RHS Plant Finder list ...Little Brook Fuchsias as selling Fuchsia "Dorothy"
It is in Aldershot which is not too far from you.
Littlebrook fuchias have it but no mail order and 75 miles away, what a pity still I will keep looking. Thanks for all your help so far.
There are 3 others listed.
Maybe they do mail order on the RHS link above by nutcutlet.
Just type in the name.
Hi, riverside fuchias, sutton on hone (dartford), it's a small nursery, but holds the national collection of fuchias, got a web site but i think its a visiting site only, might be worth a call to see if they can help, only 5 minutes over the QE bridge.
go to http://www.findthatfuchsia.info/d.htm which list Dorothy and who is selling it.
Thank you for that post, Derek, I have been looking for a fuschia called David to complete my family bed and have now found a supplier
Thanks everyone,as usual the best advice and help. This has to be the best gardening forum on the web.
