Orchid Help!

Looking for care advice for a bulbophyllum orchid.

I bought a Bulbophyllum ( Tsiku Pouter)  at an orchid fair roughly 2yrs ago. It's stayed roughly the same size ( a few bulbs have died) but never flowered. I have hunted the internet for tips etc but there are very few.

Looking for some orchid experts to help, so far it has lived on a shaded window ledge in a bathroom. Think it is roughly 3yrs old now.

Have you tried contacting The Orchid Society of Great Britain? My dad was a member a while ago and they literally know everything about orchids:
