Penstemon- but which variety

Hi this is a Penstemon which is beautiful. It is a small plant in a pot.

I need more information about it if anyone can help.

Which variety? How tall will it go? -Is it back, middle or front of border size?

    I think it could be tubular bells rose.

    Botanical name: Penstemon hartwegii 'Tubular Bells Rose'

    Variety or cultivar: 'Tubular Bells Rose' _ 'Tubular Bells Rose' is a bushy, semi-evergreen perennial with mid-green, lance-shaped leaves. In summer and early autumn, it bears upright panicles of bell-shaped, rose-pink flowers with attractive dark pink and white veining to the throats.

    Penstemon hartwegii 'Tubular Bells Rose' is: Semi evergreen

    Flower: Dark-pink, White, Rose-pink in Summer; White, Rose-pink, Dark-pink in Autumn

    Foliage: Mid-green in All seasons

    Habit: Bushy, Clump-forming, Erect
