Plant ID (and thank you!)
Afternoon all,
Could anyone help me identify the following please? I thought the leaves looked like a delphinium but I'm not so sure now a flower has appeared. What do you think?
On a separate note, I wanted to say a big thanks to everyone who has helped with my previous cries for help! It's the first time I've had a garden and didn't have a clue what i was doing, so your advice is much appreciated. im sure you'll spot a lot of things in the wrong sized pot, that need dividing or pruning but here's a few pics of the garden you helped me out on!
this bit is for the bees - I threw a packet of seeds at it thinking nothing would take and it's turned into a jungle. They quite like it though!

It's a geranium. Could be Johnson's Blue. Geraniums (not to be confused with pelargoniums) are lovely plants.
it is a geranium of some kind. There are countless varieties.
yup, its a geranium
I have inherited some geraniums - and planted a lovely one called Blue Splash. I have prolonged the flowers on my spreading pink variety by clipping off the dead heads (too much time on my hands?) They are excellent for filling in gaps but do start to get floppy and scruffy about now.
