Hi everyone, saw this plant today,

 Don't know what it is..there was a pale pink variety as well

...Honesty - Lunaria annua... a very pretty wild flower...

 

actually I should correct that, as it was originally a garden flower but 'escaped' into the wild, apparently...

Thanks Salino, feel a tad stupid but also happy as I'm growing this from seed as we speak, I only really know the plant from it's seed pods

...good luck with that... it's a plant I keep meaning to introduce to my garden but never get round to it.... I do like the purple one especially...

I have had honesty for a few years it's good for butterflys especially orange tip.

Last year i bought some new seed as mine are all purple but sadly still only have one white plant lets hope next year will bring me more white ones

It's a biennial, so if you sow it one year it will flower the next, so Aliesh you should get some white ones next year.
