Plant or Weed

 im not sure rather or not to pull this up or not as i havent got a clue what it is, if it is a weed i will pull it up, thank you.

Bit hard to see properly, but it looks a bit like a Dock to me.

If it is a Dock the stem will be slimy when broken ,is it possibler to break any part of it to find out ?  if it is a dock it will be a tough stem and you      may have to use secaters. The photo is a little hard to tell from and as others have asked - can you take another a bit further away- then if we enlarge it ourselves with the zoom tool we can see clearer.
