If i see some nice plants in the GC would it be okay to plant them out now?...Is there any benefit of doing it now vs Spring?...

My garden is so bare!! I only just finished all the ground work late summer and haven't had time to plant anything in the beds...

Hiya pokhim

Aster little Carlowe. Rudbeckias, etc are tough and hardy.  If they are in reasonable size pots now then, yes, plant them in the garden.

Echimaceas, no.  Leave them until next spring.

Its a,good time to plant out shrubs and perennials,if they are hardy and of good size.  They will make good root systems now
