Plants from the east village

Hi,

Can you help me identify what plants these might be? They were placed on apartment balconies at the Olympics East Village.

Tall one:

Round one in the middle:

That second one just looks like a Topiary Ball

The round one is a Buxus topiary ball

Can't really see what the taller one of the two is - it could be a bamboo.
