I've just caught up with gardeners world and a white purfumed rose was featured.
I think it was called ALBA GARCIA
I would love to have this rose but can't find it ANYWHERE.
Can anyone send any links to where I can buy this rose please
Many thanks

Hi cheryl. Do you think it was Rosa alba maxima? This can be acquired from David Austin.
I was directed to a site called 'find that rose ' but if no one on here knows that probably won't either
Alberic barbier?
Hi, it is alba garcia and can't find it anywhere either.Very annoying.
..this is a Spanish bred hybrid tea rose that is available as you might expect, from a Spanish supplier. They send bare root to UK, and speak English...

..I should add, if you want something very similar and much easier to obtain, you could try
'Margaret Merrill'... a very lovely and popular white rose, highly scented...

Thanks everyone for your advice...I'm going to go for Margaret Merrill.
Does anyone know if it is possible to order a rose from Spain. Are plants allowed to be sent from abroad.
Thanks
