When is the best time to transfer roses from pots into the ground?
well, now really ,but water well for awhile and make sure it has some good compost, not new compost as in horse manure.
Thanks, even when they are still flowering?
Don't see why not so long as you keep it watered for a few weeks until it has settled in.
I will be planting mine out as soon as the dahlias that are finished are dug out, so just after the first frost. Should not do them any harm.
