Cotty if you get people to post their items ang requests from you along with the name of who sent it and their address. You should then be able to keep track of it all ,deleting the one that you have sent to off the list. This works for me as i had the same problem,it got rather messy.Hope this will help you.

Cotty it was me who asked for the monarda and helenium.

Hello, I'm new to gardener's world and not sure how the website works...I'll be honest and say I have joined because I have problems to solve and not because I can be of any assistance!  I would love to talk to someone who has Boston Ivy  or parthenocissus growing on their house...Are there any tricks for stopping it continuing up to the roof? It is quite high so if I could avoid having to pull it back each year it would be great.  Here goes!!

Hi Ivy green welcome to the site,i'm Dave If it is information you are after you should either  contact nutcutlet or Addict or even PaulH These there make Alan Titchmarsh look like a beginner.

Hope to speak to you again Ivy.

Thanks Gardengirl look forward to getting them, going to let the kids plant a few to get them look out for theirs growing.

just start a new thread with your query Ivy and responses will pour in

Thank you both very much!

I may end up with lots of Acanthus seeds to swap later in year

the sun has helped have lots of flower spikes and seed pods forming

Very nice GG,i would love some please

I have posted your seeds today GG

Diddydoit4u - I will put your name down for the Acanthus seeds to send later on

Glad you got the seeds

thanks for posting my seeds

Yes, they were well packed,I have sown the ones that you said needed to be planted now so just waiting patiently now.

Thanks for the seeds Gardengirl. Can't wait to sow them.

Got the seeds today Gardengirl thanks very much.Do i need to leave the bark mulch off once i've sown the seeds or can i put it back over?

Stacey Docherty

Diddy..... My monarda's are sterile  or not set any seed this year... I know they are small but invisible no!,,,

Coys - I would say leave the bark mulch off until seeds have grown in to plants that are big enough to be above the rest of the bark mulch then cover around lightly if not the seeds might not grow as no light getting in

Glad you got your seeds cotty1000 and coys

Would i be better getting a few seed trays and seed compost and starting my seeds in them, then putting them in my shed next to the window.would this give me a better chance.
