Yes you may dig up your snowdrops now. BUT you need to replant them as soon as possible. These are what is classed as'naked', bulbs. They lack the skin of say daffodils, so they cannot take being dried out. This is why the ones often bought from shops fail to grow, they have desiccated so much they are dead.
