What is this plant type?

Does anyone know what type of plant this is? maybe a breed of lavender its slightly scented.

Doesnt look like a lavender, but even when I zoom I can't see the shape of the flowers or any detail of the leaves. Could we have some clear close-ups please?

try Prostantera, Joseph. One of our native Mint Bushes. If you can't find the species on line, write again and I'll get some books out.
Hi everyone. The plant type is Calluna Vulagaris. I think the light coloured leaves caused by the tropical climate here was the throwing people off. Thank you!
Joseph, have a look on line for Prostanthera ovalifolia. I'm fairly sure that's it. Doesn't look like any of the heather-type flowers ie Calluna.
