Just thought I would share these wonderful flowers with you. Its the first time this spring Ive seen them fully open and well worth the wait it was. The photo doesnt do as much justice as seeing it up close.

very nice, I think I've got those, are they called 'Jeanne d'Arc?'... or 'Snowbunting' perhaps..?

 

here are some blue ones, can't remember the name, maybe sieboldii 'tricolour', or 'remembrance'... very dark blue on the outside, paler within... I hope you like them..

They are all beautiful. I must have planted well over 500 here over the years, but there are very few left. Do crocuses dislike hot dry summers? (Dordogne)

I think theyre the jeanne d arc variety. The flowers are huge compared to my little purple and yellow ones.
