wisteria

Hi

I have a beautiful wisteria at the end of my garden trailing on a fence that seperates the garden from the veg patch.

I want to remove the fencing to open up the garden and was wondering is it possible and worth my while cutting back the wisteria and moving it else where in the garden. If it is possible then when is the best time to move it.

Any advice much appreciated

I have moved 2 myself and they dont like it. Two different places and both look very ill. i would suggest working round it. Prehaps installing a gate into your fence??? I think wisteria are one of the most beauitful of shrubs. Is risking moving it really worth while??
