Probably unbelievable but true. Yes mice do enjoy a bit of fresh 'veg'.  Also I wtched the feline visitors take a nip off some plants.  One in particular appears to like the taste of my Albertine and Dorothy Perkins roses.  Also I have watched young foxes nibling away at the add branch.  Just like naughty kids.  As a tip.  Keep a constant lookout in the greenhouse also.  Many young slugs and snails are emerging.

That Slug Watch site is a jolly interesting read!

I'm tempted to make a few slug traps come spring to see just what my garden contains.

Not sure what Slug Watch would think to my then "feeding the birds" though!

Snails in my garden hide during the day in the yucca ,and come out at night.Some are really big,so I'm going to sell them to my local French restaurant.!!!
