Euonymus red cascade

Help someone as I'm at my whits end. I've had this tree/bush for 10 years now and its meant to be easy to grow. Only, ever since I've had it I get a goodly amount of flowers but no pods in winter. I just don't know why. Would love to see it in its full glory.

Can anyone out there help - otherwise it is going to go to another home as its taking up room.

I have a variety of spindle trees in my garden. They have small flowers inthe spring that can suddenly disappear over night. The wild birds pick them off. Any fruits that might appear in autumn are quickly consumed too.
