I have a small sloping lawn in the front and in the past have had one or two fairy rings but this year the lawn is covered in toadstools. Any advice on how to eradicate these please.
See this thread from earlier http://www.gardenersworld.com/forum/problem-solving/mushrooms-have-just-appeared-out-of-nowhere-in-garden/142186.html
I seem to remember that the mycellium Dovefromabove mentions in the other thread can be a huge underground network, no chance of eradicating it. Had a few fungi myself a couple of weeks ago, still I'd rather have them than ragwort (which I am getting sick of pulling)
I love the fungi, fascinating things.
I think I've done very well not to write any "Fun guy" or "much room" puns....
