Hi all,

just wondering what type of heater for greenhouse, (10 x 6), had fan heater until it decided to give up on me!!. Thinking about tube heater.  Any ideas.

Fan heaters are better as the cause air to circulate. Heating can cause condensation due to the difference in temperature inside and out, so adding in air circulation lowers mildew problems.

Definitely a fan heater because of accurate control of the temperatures. There is a firm in Blair Gowrie Scotland who supply

Should add that a thermostatically controlled fan heater is best - set to 5C with a view of the min temp in greenhouse going to 4C or so.
