Hellebores did not flower?

My hellebores all failed to flower this year, even the established ones. Anyone else had the same problem? Any tips to get them flowering? Is it to do with the cold summer we had last year?

Mine didn't either.  I haven't grown them before though.  The leaves look healthy.
