Can somebody please tell me what's up with my very mature strawberry tree? Well I think its a strawberry tree - small red strawberry type fruits. The tree was already mature when we moved here about 16 years ago and for the last couple of years, I've noticed branches of dead leaves (see photo). Some branches are sprouting new leaves so I'm not sure whether its a natural process and I cut out the dead bits, or is it reaching the end of its natural life?
