Recently I bought a pot of bulbs with foliage at a Bring & Buy. The bulbs are sitting proud of the soil and are really green. The foliage is bright green, strappy leaves but floppy. I confess, even as an avid gardener, I have no idea what they are and therefore how to treat them. Should they be inside - as they are now - or outside? When may they flower etc. Can anybody help, please
