My Photinia which has been in the garden for more than 2 years has turn ed green, there are no lovely red leaves on it, last year it looked really good. Whats gone wrong

The leaves turn green with age. You should be seeing some small red leaves emerging though, so I would give it time. It may be that the younger leaves were frost damaged/eaten by slugs/caterpillars.

Just wait for the spring Sizeyuk1.  Those red leaves will come

Mine is only just starting to show new growth and I'm sure I'll get new red leaves.

Thanks for all your replies, should I have prined the Photinia, if so when.
