I have just dug up my new pots "Rocket" not only are they very large for new pots but they also have large splits in them and white blisters all over them, if you peel the blisters off there is nothing underneath but I was wondering what is wrong with them.

Splits usually indicate erratic watering - probably more to do with the weather than any fault of yours.

The blisters are probably scab and another indicator that they'd been very dry and then had a lot of water.

They'll be fine to eat.
