Non-flowering Wisteria

I planted a wisteria 4 years ago in quite stone ground close to the house and is west facing. It's gets lots of sun from about one o'clock onwards. It is well covered in leaves and looks very healthy and has grown tremendously - but no flowers!  I had been given another wisteria some ten years earlier which also has never flowered.  When I bought the last one 4 years ago it had two beautiful full flowers on!   My daughter who lives 100 yards away planted a wisteria in similar ground and faces north west and is covered in flower but much less foliage!  Will my wisteria ever flower or should I take down and get another!?
