palm

i have what i believe is an anglesey palm i have been told to cut it right back soon for healthy regrowth next year is the advice correct i will upload a photo as soon as ive mastered my new phone camera

I had never heard of this so had too look it up-so it is an Anglesey palm in some parts a Torbay palm in others, but all seem to the the same plant "cordyline australis"

If it is the same plant I wouldn't cut it back -just let it do its own thing -I never have and mine is now a magnificent looking tree
