I have two bays around 3 years old, repotted, fed, watered well cared for in sheltered bright spot, leaves going bright yellow, is this because its autumn and a natural function, or are they ill?

Evergreens do drop a certain amount of leaves at times.
If the growing tips are green and healthy you're OK, if they're yellow,

Mine always has a few bright yellow leaves at this time of year - pick them off before they fall if they offend your eye.
If all the leaves go yellow then you have a problem some come back and let us know

Thank you, they are healthy apart from some yellow leaves, and the growing tips are green nutcutlet , i cant post photos...not got a clue how to Buddy boy.....
