Spring bulbs growing blind can be caused by a few things. Ive being trialling things in my garden. If they are large clumps then i would suggest splitting them but not yet. Daffs give six weeks to die down natural. Tulips i cut after flowering to prevent disease. Bluebells prob just need splitting. When ya replant add a general purpose fertisler there are bulb ones available.
