I have been growing hot and sweet peppers and some sunflowers in a small plastic greenhouse in my garden. The peppers are starting to get holes in them and some of the sunflowers have been eaten completely. Am i right in thinking this is likely to be slugs? If so is copper tape round the pots likely to see them off?

Thanks

Marie

Sorry. Don't know if it is slugs or not, but if it is slugs I have found that copper tape works, however you must make sure that the tape goes completely round the pot without a gap or the little blighters will find a way in.

Thanks for the tip Pauline I will wrap them up tightly
