very sad looking honeysuckle

help - I was looking forward to my honeysuckle covering my arch - but no - I think it has mildew, the leaves look furry and eventually drop off. Is it too dry or too wet, and can anything we done about it?

The weather has been too wet and humid. You can try spraying with a mix if one part milk (not skimmed) to nine parts water every couple of days until it has gone.

If that doesn't work, it'll be a case of waiting until next year, when hopefully, the weather will be better.
