going back to earlier messages...take care when disposing of celandines. If put on the compost heap the bulbils continue to thrive and will be in any compost that is re-used thus ensuring their continued presence in the garden. I know from experience!

Too true landgirl. Trouble is, once the leaves have gone down there's very little to see and they get chucked on the heap with other weeds without being noticed
