What on earth....?

I have a few adenium obesum seedlings in my heated propagator. Some still have their seed 'hats' on and a couple are showing seed leaves.... One in particular caught my eye...it's completely white. I just wondered what will happen to it? presumably it has no chlorophyll...in which case won't it keel over as soon as the nutrients in the seed itself are used up?

It's been in the light just like it's fellow seedlings...so I would have thought that if it was going to 'green-up' it would have done by now...anyone come across this sort of thing before?

Most peculiar - I've never had something like that - an albino seedling!
  • Odd isn't it? such a shame...it's the biggest seedling too image
