rather too many programmes concentrate on the problem of not having enough space. But there are a lot of gardens which have the opposite problem, rather large gardens, in my case half an acre to be managed. I love gardening, but the woodland at the end is hard work, trees fall and the mess takes ages to clear if you can find the strength when you're on you're own.

Can Monty do a programme about managing larger gardens where you don't have much extra help or any staff, and no side access for machinery to make life simple? I'm clearing overgrown hedging from fallen trees, then having them cut up for firewood and making log shacks of sorts and urgently need a solution to kill as much bramble which is strangling everything and grows back in a year. And how can one kill bramble growing over a pile of flints?
